a) Account & Identity Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store credit-card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

c) Learning & Usage Data

  • Access purchased (subscriptions, lifetime content, sessions)
  • Learning progress and feature unlock state
  • Interaction with learning content, dependency graphs, and tools
  • Usage metadata for AI and software tools (for fair-use enforcement and system stability)
  • Video viewing data (e.g., which videos are accessed, for access control and progress tracking)

d) Technical & Analytics Data

  • IP address
  • Browser type and device information
  • Event-based product analytics (via PostHog)
  • Performance and traffic analytics (via Vercel Analytics)
  • Cloudflare Analytics, used solely for security, performance monitoring, and DDoS protection, and designed to be privacy-focused and anonymous

  • Emails or messages you send us
  • Support requests
  • Marketing or product email preferences

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data only where necessary and for legitimate purposes, including to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Track learning progress and unlock features

4. Analytics, Security & Monitoring

We use analytics and monitoring tools only to understand usage, improve the product, and protect the platform.

PostHog is used for event-based product analytics, such as feature usage, learning progress, and interaction patterns, to help us research, develop, and improve the Service.

Vercel Analytics is used for performance and traffic insights.

Cloudflare is used for hosting-level analytics, security monitoring, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare analytics are privacy-focused and do not rely on invasive tracking.

Analytics data is used internally and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate these services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and improve reliability.

  • Railway – backend and database hosting
  • Discord – community features (if you choose to participate)
  • AI infrastructure and model providers – to power AI-assisted features and tools within the Service

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Account data: until you request deletion
  • Payment records: retained for legal and tax compliance
  • Security and fraud logs: retained as needed for protection
  • Support communications: retained for service history

You may request account deletion at any time.

Our servers and primary infrastructure are hosted in the United States.

If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection standards. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
  • PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe
  • Access controls and audit logging
  • Regular security and software updates

No system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk, but we take data protection seriously.

10.1. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
