1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the PNB Coding websites, including app.pnbcoding.com and pnbcoding.com or any other related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PNB Coding LLC provides an online educational platform focused on algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving systems.

The Service may include, depending on availability and tier:

• A dependency-graph-based learning system
• Educational content such as explanations, examples, and visualizations
• Software and AI-assisted learning tools
• Community features and mentorship offerings

We may add, modify, or remove features, tools, or content at any time. Access is provided through your account on app.pnbcoding.com and any official platforms we designate.

3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Reviews

Account Access

You may register using an email verification code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid services, unless you are doing so with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If a minor uses the Service with parental consent, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor’s activity, compliance with these Terms, and any payments made.

Reviews and Identity

When submitting reviews or testimonials, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Fake, misleading, or impersonated reviews are not permitted and may result in removal or account action.

4. Tiered Access and Subscriptions

Access to the Service may be offered through multiple tiers, including free and paid options.

Each tier may include different combinations of:

• Educational content
• Software or AI tools
• Community access
• Group or individual mentorship

Tier features, availability, and structure may change over time. Features are offered as bundled benefits and are not guaranteed to remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

Active access depends on your current subscription status or lifetime entitlement where applicable.

5. Lifetime Access Definition

“Lifetime access” applies only to educational content provided as part of the Service.

Lifetime access does not include:

• Mentorship (group or personal)
• Community access
• Software or AI tool usage
• Any future tools, services, or features

The format, delivery method, platform, or structure of lifetime content may change over time. Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual infrastructure, unlimited usage, or unchanged feature sets.

6. Software, AI Tools, and Fair Use

PNB Coding may provide access to internal software tools and AI-assisted features, including but not limited to RevisionAI and visualization or compilation tools.

These tools are provided for educational purposes only and are subject to fair use.

We reserve the right to:

• Apply usage limits or prompt limits
• Rate-limit or throttle access
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue tools
• Enforce fair use at our discretion

Abusive usage, automated scraping, circumvention of limits, or excessive consumption of resources may result in restricted access or suspension without refund. Tool availability, architecture, and functionality may change at any time.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.

PNB Coding does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying any outputs before relying on them.

AI outputs do not constitute professional, academic, career, or technical advice.

8. User-Submitted Content and Testimonials

When you submit content to the Service, including reviews, testimonials, comments, feedback, or community posts, you grant PNB Coding LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for platform operation, improvement, and marketing purposes.

You represent that:

• You own or have the rights to the content you submit
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

We are not obligated to display or retain any user-submitted content and may remove it at our discretion.

9. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy (Embedded)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase for:

• One-time purchases
• Lifetime access plans
• Your first subscription payment
• Sessions, provided they have not yet taken place

Subscription renewals after the first billing period are non-refundable once charged. Canceling a subscription stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Completed sessions and missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility may be denied in cases of:

• Content redistribution or piracy
• Fraud or chargeback abuse
• Excessive or repeated refund requests

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

10. Community Guidelines

Participation in community spaces (such as Discord) requires respectful behavior.

Harassment, hate speech, spam, piracy, or abuse is not tolerated. We may remove users or revoke community access at our discretion. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including videos, text, graphics, code examples, and software, is the intellectual property of PNB Coding LLC.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the content for learning purposes only.

You may not:

• Share accounts or access credentials
• Download, redistribute, or resell content
• Publish or reproduce materials without permission

We may monitor usage for fraud prevention and enforcement.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Employment outcomes
• Competition results
• Skill improvements or performance

Your success depends on your own effort and ability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNB Coding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Redistribute or misuse content
• Abuse software or AI tools

Termination for violations may result in loss of access without refund. Lifetime content access may be revoked in cases of serious abuse or infringement.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Wyoming or remotely, at the arbitrator’s discretion.

You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
